Have you ever wanted to ask someone ‘what’s your story?’ when you see someone in the halls, or over hear someone talking and think ‘hmm they seem pretty interesting’

With the Human Library Event you can hear people’s lived experiences from perspectives much different from your own, ranging from addictions to being a member of the LGBTQ+ community. You can “take out” a person who will be describing their life to you as a novel. This way you can meet people and feel comfortable in asking questions and opening up to someone who has experienced the same hardships as you have. Or maybe you are curious and want to know more about the lives of others, the things people don’t share about themselves in lecture halls.

Either way come to the human library event and become inspired by a fellow student!
